Our first station is the crocodile farm. The farm is not that big and well-maintained. All the crocodiles looked malnourished and inactive but they are HUGE!
In the midst of visiting, they have this crocodile show. In the pond, they swirled the baby crocodile in the water so that it becomes dizzy and become more manageable. So they hug it and dance around.
This is another fat crocodile, it tried to move, but it's too fat so the limbs are moving but they body is not.
hahaha
3 of us in the farm, from the left, xinnee (the girl with good body, as you said) and ah boon.
3 of us are from Muar. Ah boon is the one who works in Sandakan, Sabah
The temple on top of mountain
where you can get panaromic view of the whole sandakan city and port
This is the oldest church in Sandakan, which have that european feel.
Next, we go to the English tea house.
another place with european style building
the apple xxxx, forgot the name. on top is the ice cream, bottom is the crunchy thingy together with apple paste. very nice but sweet
the bread and strawberry jam and butter.
The bread is abit too stuffy, because of its dense texture.
but the jam is nice, not too sweet.
4 of us, another girl, wei yan, from Kedah works in the same hosp as ah boon
the interior, where it has been booked by some rich family as birthday celebration buffet party.
the toilet
the hall
at night, we meet up with our unimate which works in sandakan hospital as well. he's a malay, and he bought this kawasaki bike with RM20k. cool huh
Next morning, we go for this super nice cendol. i like, just rm1.20 per cup
Then we are out to the island at Semporna. This is our chalet on water, called Dragon Inn.
Only rm35 per person per night. so cheap!
everything is made of wood, except the tilam.
very cosy, but too bad, the wooden wall is not sound-proof, we were waken up by the resident next door the next morning. so noisy!
the toilet
the corridor
my face was red because of sun-burned
there's the other guy, james, originates from Sandakan, but now working in Hosp Lahad Datu
the crystal clear water!
this is the bullshit tart!
at the island
That's all from me. It was a memorable trip indeed.
